So glad to get home after a manic week at work. Working tomorrow briefly, but then the weekend is mine, all mine!!

Watched the Olympic Opening Ceremony last night.... which was awesome. Well done to all that took part. One of my friends was in it, so I was thrilled when I spotted him. What a mammoth task to put together. I did have my doubts, but Danny Boyle did a cracking job. Certainly made you proud to be British.

Looking forward to watching the Swimming, Cycling and the Athletics! Woo hoo!
