More Wildlife Through the Kitchen Window

A visit to Addenbrookes today, to have the leg examined.  The few fibres of the tendon, which were not snapped, are slowly growing back to replace the broken fibres, much to the surprise of the Consultant Surgeon, who is looking after me and who expected to have to operate.  This is great news, but it does mean that I will probably have to wear this boot for another six weeks or more.  I did not take many pictures while we were out, but did take this picture through the kitchen window almost immediately upon returning home.
