A right royal shower

we visited Sandringham today.  It absolutely piddled down all morning.

As one is not permitted to take photographs in the royal residence one was compelled to stand on the terrace outside and take a picture through the window - see extra.    

It is a massive estate and gardens are really very beautiful.  It was good  to see the inside.  The room stewards are full of interesting information and stories.

If I was ER I'd want to stay here all the time.
