Always a favourite spot

We took friends from our old running club on a run around Arnside; the run included 3 viewpoints (two on the Knott, one at the Pepper Pot), sand, cliffs and woodland - they were very impressed. (Also a good late breakfast/early lunch at the Heron cafe.)
