Elder-flower Champagne Ingredients

We had the makings of Elder-flower Champagne today! Heavy rain most of the morning, followed by bright blue skies and sunshine, just right to open the Elder-flower blooms just right for picking. The only ingredient not descending from the heavens sugar and yeast ;0) 
On the car front, have found that the glove box is illuminated when the "lights are on"  ! must be saving on the electric bill ;0)
Got through the first day back at work, gets harder to go back each holiday! Take care one and all.
