Northern goshawk's home tree

Today I had a opportunity to carry the ladders for my friend Sepppo who visited this goshawk nest to ring the chicks. For me the nest situated far too high, over 15 meters from the ground. Here you can see the top of the 5 meters long ladders. In the nest there were four chick, two males and two females. The weight of the females were 0,970 kilos and the smaller males were 0,710 kilos. The females are always bigger.
