Today was National Cycle To Work Day. Usually, I tend to be put off by organised spontaneity and cycle in the day before the appointed day. But, what the Hell? I cycled in. And picked up the £4 lunch voucher. Which I think makes me a professional cyclist. It could mean the end of my hopes for Rio...

At lunchtime I nipped out to see the end of the 10K handicap. And who should I see but Mrs NickMogToo! (Something slightly Polygamous sounding about that).

Took a roundabout route home and ended up cycling along the canal for quite a way. Muddy bike. Must dust off the mountain bike again...
