Westside

My mum and I had a day visiting the westside, starting with a trip to the Callanish stones where we met with Karen (Houseonahill6) and her husband, Mike, for a mini blipmeet, and spent a lovely hour walking round the stones and having a chat over a cuppa. The stones were busy with solstice visitors, but we managed to get a quiet minute between coach loads! Mum and I then headed to Gearrannan Blackhouse Village, where we had an early lunch of bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese - yummy! We then visited Dalbeg and Dalmore beaches before heading back home.
