Blair Castle

It is Jen's birthday today. We took a trip down the road to Blair Castle, she's always wanted to go.

It's a very homely feeling castle. Often they feel a bit cold or imposing but it seemed it would be nice living there. The views are pretty good too!

Dodging the showers this shot shows we did have a few occasions of sun during the day. Jen taking the shot, that's why it is a good one!

Popped into House of Bruar for a look around the shops, birthday ice cream and picked up some delicious oak smoked salmon for dinner!

Another glass of bubbly when we got home to cap off the perfect day.
