Rock Pool

This morning we took the dogs to New Aberdour beach for a walk.
The tide was out and there were lots of rock pools.
I've always enjoyed exploring rock pools since I was a little girl.
I used to spend hours on the rocks at Stonehaven looking for fish, crabs, sea anemones, sea urchins etc
And things haven't changed really. It's still an exciting world and today, a small shoal of fish had become trapped in quite a large pool.
We also had a chat with a German tourist who had camped on the beach on the final night of her trip to Scotland and she was lovely.
