Almost Over

The Spargelsaison - the asparagus season - is almost over.
It ends June 24....three more days for the "White Gold" or "the King's Vegetable" ...
A good reason to buy one last basket. Or the second last....or the third last.
For the longest time I didn't like Spargel. That changed two years years ago after I went for my first "Culinary Spargel Hike".
