Young Alf in good form today while we went over for a BBQ. Sadly Cavendish couldn't quite make the podium today and we've been having a mare in the pool. Maybe Murray has got on better at Wimblybum? Just watching the GBR ladies basketball team. Not as embarrassing as I imagined. Go girls! P.S. GBR women's football - the way forward! :-)
