An overpass for the animals..

In the Summer of 2000 the first overpass for the animals was built in America. Since then many more over and under passes have been built. 

In an average year there are 253,000 animal / vehicle accidents
The average cost to repair a vehicle is $2,000
200 people will lose their life

In Utah because of these animal collisions with deer are down 40% 
In the Mojave Desert collisions with the desert tortoise is down 93%
And more are being built everyday...
