Wild Weather

With more wind and rain over night, this morning from the deck I could hear the sea roaring on the coast -  not far from here as the crow flies.

After I had finished helping at school, I drove on down to the area called the Kumeras to check out the wave action. The tide was full in and waves were rolling in with spray giving a distant misty look.  Best of all, there was a large and complete rainbow arching over land and sea.

The theme for WidWed is links. Sun and rain were linked together to create this rainbow and with one end in the sea and the other on the,land, the rainbow provided a arching link between them.
