" HOVERING "

While the sun shone, I went into the garden to see what damage the snails had done in the night.  I watched as a bumble bee enjoyed these daisy flowers that grow all over the walls here.  While I watched this hover fly and two other of his kind set about the bee!  I didn't realise they could become aggressive.

Damp today, typical as I am off to the hairdresser in preparation for our cruise holiday which starts at the end of next week.

Redflash (sister) and hubby arrive this afternoon for a short break and Matthew comes tomorrow so I am going to be busy.  I don't like leaving guests to spend too long on the computer or phone!
