Wild garden

I used to have an elderly neighbour who spent all his time lovingly tending his garden. When he died about ten years ago his house was rented out. Since then the garden has been left to go wild as no tenant has exercised their obligation to look after it. Such a shame. The old gentleman would be heartbroken.
Makes the neighbours wild as well!
