Plockton

After a late start (well, later than my usual 8am start), I headed over to Plockton. It is an absolutely beautiful costal town just north of Kyle of Lochalsh and definitely worth a visit. I wandered along the coast and explored all the paths in beautiful sunshine before getting back in the car and driving to Invergarry. On the way I stopped for a few other small walks and detours, as well as a food stop at Fort Augustus, and didn't make it to my wild camping spot until about 6pm. By then it was VERY wet and didn't look like it was going to stop anytime soon so I set up my tent as quickly as possible and got settled down for an early night.
