St Abbs village from St Abbs Head
St Abbs Head is a great place to see nesting seabirds - guillemots, razorbills and kittiwakes amongst others. However, it was the sea that I will remember best from our trip with a lot of white water from the wind that had been blowing earlier in the day.
The extra photo is of the swan family on the Mire Loch, with a single cygnet. How different from the family on Blackford Pond with nine!
