Looking Up

Tonight I joined a walking tour of my own town. It was entitled Looking Up. Fascinating, as it is very historic. A market town since 1141 based firstly ,and obviously, on the crocus then wool and brewing . Although I've visited for 9 years and lived here for four, I learnt and saw many different new things. I took lots of photos on my ' proper ' camera but here's one of the church spire, added in the Victorian time to ensure it remained the tallest church in Essex after Thaxted added a spire!
