Portal in the Park

Uh oh, it seems a portal has opened above the park! Notice that there are no children in the playground - I hope they haven't all been sucked up! Or maybe aliens came down and snatched them?!

While I was busy staring at the sky, I didn't notice that there was a young thrush standing about 4 feet away. It didn't seem that scared and skittered down the path in front of me for a while until I tried to get too close and it ran away across the grass. I think it was looking for lunch!
