MEC Mountain Equipment Co-Op

One of my favorite lunch time breaks, a brisk walk outside to my fav store, MEC. It is about 15 minutes away and is huge having everything to do with outside. Rock climbing, camping, cycling, backpacking, you name it! I went with a co-worker who is doing the Iron Girl with me in August. We love poking around in the store, checking out sales and items for our bikes. I found the perfect wee bottle to run the 5 k with after the swim and bike ride. It is beautiful out today, 25 and breezy. Will work on our lists and items for camping this weekend. Lots to do!
