Short walk home

I took Claire's bike into Edinburgh for its MOT. I'd thought Two Wheels, but she'd booked Mark 1. I met Alex at Cameron Toll, very briefly, in Costa, before scooting to Montgomery Place. Well late.

Then I had to get home. A bus got me to Dolphinton, but everyone was out working, so I walked back, via Craigurd - a lovely day for it, too. Back home, Mike was pulling out stumps. Not a glamorous job, but a very tidy finish.

I broke fast for sausages in tomato sauce and went back to work while waiting for Silke's ice cream to defrost. It was worth the wait.
