Garden Sally

Sally the scarecrow stands perched in the middle of our garden. Every year I find myself giving her a new hairstyle - this year she's sporting long side braids (and lookin' pretty cute).

Our garden is strong this year. We've vowed to only plant what we'll eat, harvesting and processing what needs to be, and devouring everything else. I'm starting to get zucchinni and it's become a staple in my diet.

I'm excited to have fresh brussel sprouts this year, a new crop for Sally to look after...
