South Korean Soju

When I was in Seoul recently I tried Soju for the first time. It's a distilled rice drink that tastes a bit like a slightly sweet vodka. It's pretty cheap in Korea & also rather potent!

I picked up some to take home with me in this groovy bottle. It is served in the little shot glasses. As per tradition in Korea you do not fill your own glass but rather fill that of your companions as soon as empty.

I'm nearly out of Soju but think I might keep the bottle & shots as decoration & memory of the trip.
