Sherry Tasting at Drinkmonger

An awful start to the day (another fox attack - we lost Marge) ended on a somewhat pleasanter note - a sherry tasting at Drinkmonger in Bruntsfield.

Learnt an awful lot about sherry, had some very interesting food pairings (chocolate with prunes and bacon - a taste revelation) and managed to find a new favourite too.
