Foxglove

Been to Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle, had an exray, they seemed happy enough, need to back in another 6 weeks and can go to Whitehaven which will be much easier for me. Still not a lot of movement, but more than last time I went.
We were going to call somewhere for lunch and a look about on the way home, but I felt too tired and achey, so we came home and I slept. So once more a garden flower blip.
