A Cube of Blood

Took a little bite of this delicacy... Cooked Pigs Blood. Sufficely to say, this was what was left of it and it swiftly went into the bin! It was like jelly when you chewed it, the only thing was, it did not disolve in your mouth like jelly, it was a horrible texture to swallow... Eurgh!
