Koksijde beach on a relatively sunny afternoon and you can spot a fellow blipster in this photo.

Just after taking this while playing see who can get the others the wettest by kicking water over them, I tore a calf muscle and crawled off the beach to an ambulance.

I'll be hobbling along for a few weeks. Stiff upper lip and all that.
