Naughty parker.

This was outside our entrance at work this lunchtime, and its not the first time someone has parked like this. It's even more frustrating considering that just up the road beyond that building to the right you can park for 70p an hour or £2.50 all day. 

So it was great to get back from lunch to see one of the tenants in our office complex felt the same and had put a note on it, which you can see in extra pics.
