Castle

This week in Sweden it is midsummer, and it is celebrated a LOT!

Our project had a summer get together which started with a lunch at a local hotel, then we all patted ourselves on the back for still being on track and on budget and then we headed to the Castle. It's not a castle at all, but looks like one, and up until the 1960's it used to be a water tower.
Now it is a place where companies go for team building days..

The activities ranged from rock climbing to riddles, communication exercises to human flying, silent karaoke to liquor identification!!
Our team was fab and we ended up winning the overall title :)

We then had a team dinner and headed over to the pub to watch the football. It was not a good night for Sweden, so many people just got drunk to commiserate and we didn't get back to our hotel until after 1am!

This is Amanda, one of our team halfway up the rock climbing wall earning us some valuable points, but it was Anna-Sarah that was the star - she was like Spiderman - reaching the top TWICE!

We all had a great afternoon/evening - Work hard, play hard :)
