Lamb Tagine

This week's challenge is 'FOOD'.  Those of you who follow me know that I sometimes take photos of our meals outdoors, which my husband cooks since he is the accomplished chef chez nous.  Tonight a lamb tagine was on the menu. I gave him the tagine for a birthday present, so I directly benefit :) The extra shows it in the making.
Ingredients included marinated lamb, fennel, apricots, dates, sultanas, honey, celery, onions, tomatoes and a fabulous array of spices.  Luckily there is enough for us to have it again tomorrow night.
