Twirling and Whirling

I love the movement in this photograph. Junior Ballroom Dancers performing a dance to the wonderful sound of Moonriver as part of a Summer promo film today. I captured some footage in Slo-Mo on my iPhone and love the almost magical feel to it.

Head whirling away desperately trying to run towards the finish post this week and smash through a ton of deadlines. Rather a challenge through a foggy sleep-deprived, antibiotic-induced brain.

Thunderstorms and high humidity coupled with the anticipation of the EU Referendum results tomorrow is not conducive to clarity of thought!

Off to do some yoga breathing...
