Three's a Crowd
There was so much wildlife activity at the feeders and everywhere else today that it was hard to stop watching and get anything done!
In addition to this trio of Downy Woodpeckers -- plus one not shown -- and the usual flurry of hummingbirds, we saw: a Towhee; two Black-headed Grosbeaks; two chipmunks; several Black-capped Chickadees; a very small rabbit; and four Northern Flickers -- two of which were doing a courting dance!
The visits were frequent throughout the day, and sometimes lengthy. Tomorrow I'll probably play pickleball in the morning and try to be productive in the afternoon!
