On his Way

So now it's official, the dis-United Kingdom is a non-tolerant, xenophobic country. Who will get the blame next for unemployment, the NHS's problems and the recession? Certainly not the self-focussed, self-centred, so-called politicians who have fuelled the anti-immigration debate that has undoubtedly been the main reason for the Leave vote. And it won't be the soon to be ex-PM whose pandering to the right wing of the Tory party kicked this all off and has led to his early retirement. I'm already hearing commentators talking about a deepening recession and job losses. Funny, isn't that what we were expecting?

It's cold comfort that every district in Scotland voted to remain.
