Speaking of Bison....

Went out to the Wild Mare Restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. there were bison short-ribs on the menu and I just had to have them. As you can see, they are somewhat larger than beef ribs. And they were delicious!

Shocker over here that Brexit went through!  :-0
