Coast

After work I headed to Longniddry by train and ran down the coast to north Berwick. It was tough and tiring, but quite brilliant.
Mostly off road, following the coast but a little bit through the Aberlady nature reserve.
I arrived in North Berwick in time to catch a train but I decided to wait till the next one, so had a wee paddle and a wee sit down.
