A man with a mission

He had been sweeping the South Bay
Sands since first light. Recent finds
had included a silver coin "from the
Edwards" he said and recently
verified by the Castle Museum in York
as some 800 years old. Another find
in recent weeks among the rocks at the
Spa had been a Victorian Gentleman's
false teeth resplendent with gold
inlays. A lucrative find indeed although
the thought of the respected owner
having to return to his holiday lodgings
without them raises a smile.
