This is most definitely a one-off....

Like most photographers I positive squirm when I am the wrong side of a camera lens - the supposed smile looking looking like facial rictus. However, I wanted a publicity shot of myself In Dunbar Garden Centre for my flower photography exhibition which starts at the end of next week. I decided that the easiest way to get a natural shot would be to put the camera on a tripod and to shoot in 4K video and then hopefully extract a reasonable looking still shot.  I can't say the process was that reassuring as I began to wonder whether I look like this all the time as this is probably my most relaxed shot.
