pistou

Spent the day with my sis today. Really lovely to have time with her. Went for a coffee in the wee café in the village and bought the stuff we needed to make soupe au pistou. I also got some extra veg to make légumade.

Had our apéritif with Céline and Stephan and then had the soupe for tea. It wasn't as nice as we'd expected (should've followed the Keith Floyd recipe!), but still made for a good tea.
