Parkrun 25

L and I volunteered for Livingston's 25th Parkrun this morning and our job was handing out the tokens to the finishers as they came into the finishing funnel.

All went like clockwork.

This was a shot of the very start of the 5km run.

After that we headed to the Hungry Horse for a hot chocolate/coffee injection before swimming at the Dolphins.

Tonight we have a joint 40th birthday bash at Linlithgow.
