Oxford Canal: "Before" the Rain...

Rather rainier in large.

I went out in the late morning to take pictures before the forecast rain; it appeared pretty much as soon as I arrived at the Oxford Canal, so here it is...

I took pictures of some wild roses on my way over there (playing with focal points): my favourite is an extra, and I have uploaded them all to Flickr (right from here). I also found a sweet little hoverfly, and a mallard untroubled by the rain.
