Raining in My Heart

I’ve been playing with our new lens. The 40-150mm (80-300mm in 35mm equivalence). I sat in the summerhouse and tried to capture birdlife in the garden. The extras show my limited success at this. 

Just after I came back inside for lunch this heavy downpour occurred. I remember a time last year when I spent a whole afternoon setting up water dropping equipment and trying to photograph water droplets and ‘crowns’ just like these! I had more success today in five minutes, with the long lens and the help of Mother Nature.
