Pelican Poses

We squeezed in a stop off at the river this afternoon and saw these lovely pelicans warming themselves in the weak sun. These two were attending to their toilette and another one in the middle slept through the whole thing! :o)

A freezing cold day has turned into a very freezing night! It's just 10.30pm and down around 6c and that's cold for us brrrrrrr!!! I'm off to bed ;o)
