Surprised!

Back blip.
Today we drove up to the southern Lake District for a 2 night stay in our friends' caravan. The weather was lovely so we walked to a pub 3 miles away for lunch and back by a longer route. On the way back we spotted this deer. It stayed still just long enough for me to snap it before it disappeared into the woods. (I have cropped the photo quite a lot so you can actually see the deer!)
