Wedding on the island today

Spent all morning weeding (will it never end?) and part of the afternoon.  It was a gorgeous day.  Margaret walked over and then she and I and Mum walked up to the Baptist Kirk to see the bride.  

Glad the weather was so good as it was a much longer service than we thought it would be and we waited over an hour to see the bride come out.  There were a good number of folk gathered in the grass also waiting and having a good blether while they waited.  One poor wee guy playing away got into some nettles and was not happy.

Having a quiet evening now and will most likely crash early as I'm tired.  Glad tomorrow is a day of rest.
