Today's walk

Wanted to walk somewhere different today so went to Buttermere  and instead of following everybody else and walking by the lake we walked the opposite way along the stoney track towards Crummock Water which I hadn't done before as I usually walk the other end.  Misty had a bit of a shock when she ran into some water (Buttermere Dubs) which was deeper than she thought and then couldn't get out as the bank was too steep.  I had to grab her collar and yank her out getting very wet legs as she passed me.  It wasn't too busy along the track, boggy in places, despite a running event taking place.  Back to the car just as the rain started, good timing.  Have put another one in extras.
