Go on Team GB

Our day at the Olympic Park, with tickets to the evening session of Women's Basketball (Brazil vs France and Australia vs GB)... what a day out!

We arrived around 2pm and got straight through security (no queues there), then had a nice hour or so pootling round the park. We ended up in the Park Live zone, with the screens, and watched the cycling, some tennis and a little bit of beach volleyball.

The evening's events were amazing- I've never watched Basketball before, but it was gripping. The teams were great, and the crowd were fantastic. What an atmosphere.

The whole day was amazing- so well organised, and such a nice feel to the park. No enormous crowds or queues to worry about- just an all round amazing day!
