Merchant City Festival

Church in the morning, then lunch and a read at the papers.  In the afternoon the HG and I headed into Glasgow to visit the Merchant City Festival; the place was buzzing, lots of stalls, lots of interesting food, entertainment and street strollers.  I am not sure what the costumes in my picture were supposed to depict, but they glided along on roller skates, there were quite a few of them and they glided through the crowds in a big caterpillar.  They were moving fast, so the picture is not as sharp as it could be, but it is the best I could do.  Met C and E for a coffee, and a bit of a blether, which was nice.
