Country Fayre

This afternoon was sunny just long enough to spend a couple of hours wandering round this village's Country Fayre. It was the usual type of affair - shire horse (1 of!), donkey's (2 of, mother & daughter), some agility dogs, classic cars, traction engines, some re-enactment peeps, fire service and various raffles & tombolas. Oh and not forgetting the burgers & hotdogs - no veggie options at all!

We got home just before the heavens opened. Since then, I've cooked spaghetti bolognese (meat & veggie) for dinner. Well the bolognese part, I'm just waiting for Billy to come back from collecting Caitlin - she was doing her CBT again today.l

Anyway, this drum & hat belong to one of the drummer boys in the East Norfolk Militia, the re-enactment group.
