Inspired by Moscow

These were today's lunch. Syrniki inspired by my Moscow trip, cheese pancakes, made with quark. Probably sacreligeous, but I added some marmalade to the mix to give some tangy bitterness. I can't believe I've never made them before. I think dorsetb would like them.. a bit like cheesy Welsh cakes!
